The City of Bend is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to provide Owner’s Representative and Construction Contract Administration services for the Digester 4 and Hauled Waste Project. The project includes design and construction of Digester 4 and associated equipment and facilities, as well as hauled waste receiving and handling facilities. The selected consultant will support all project phases from preconstruction through closeout and serve as the Construction Contract Administrator during construction. Experience with the CM/GC project delivery method is required.
