This opportunity is for mowing and grounds maintenance services for the City of Waco's High-Low rights-of-way: - Government Buyer: - City of Waco Public Works Department - Scope of Work: - Mowing, shredding, edging, weed eating, grass trimming, weeding landscaped areas, and blowing of grass - Services to be performed within designated city rights-of-way - Detailed maps and specifications provided as appendices - Contract Details: - Initial term of one year, with four optional renewal years - Work to be performed Monday through Friday - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named, as this is a service-based contract - Unique Requirements: - TxDot qualifications are not required - Open to qualified vendors capable of performing all listed grounds maintenance tasks

This solicitation is for mowing, shredding, edging, weed eating, grass trimming, weeding landscaped areas, and blowing of grass within the city rights-of-way. The work may be performed Monday through Friday. The contract duration is 1 year with 4 optional renewals. TxDot qualifications are not required for this project.
