Description

The Town of Southington is soliciting proposals from qualified mechanical maintenance services companies to perform overall HVAC preventive maintenance and service for mechanical systems at multiple town facilities including museums, fire houses, highway departments, library, police department, animal control facility, and town hall. The contract term is one year with the possibility of renewal up to three years, subject to a cost of living adjustment. Services include routine maintenance, inspections, emergency repair service, and parts replacement. Proposals must be submitted electronically by August 12, 2026.
