Description
This RFP seeks to select a Construction Manager / General Contractor (CM/GC) using the Construction Manager-at-Risk delivery method for El Paso County Hospital District d/b/a University Medical Center of El Paso. The CM/GC will provide early and ongoing preconstruction services including cost estimating, constructability review, schedule development, and coordination with the design team. The CM/GC will collaborate with the Owner and design team to develop multiple project-specific Guaranteed Maximum Prices (GMPs) as designs progress.
