The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD), under the Department of the Navy, is seeking small business vendors for command-wide shredding services focused on Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) paper destruction. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Navy - Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD), Office Code 1051 - Services Requested: - On-site paper shredding services for CUI - Four scheduled shredding events per year - Each event includes up to nine pick-up/shred stops - Maximum 7,000 pounds or five hours per event - Two optional emergency shred runs per year (within five business days of request) - All shredding must comply with CUI Notice 2019-03 standards - Contractors must provide quantifiable proof of compliance, such as NAID AAA Certification - Contract Structure: - Firm fixed price - Base year plus four option years - Pricing to be broken out per event - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Strict compliance with CUI destruction standards - Proof of NAID AAA Certification or equivalent required - Ability to invoice through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) - NET 30 payment terms - No specific OEMs or product part numbers are named; focus is on service delivery and compliance

Description

This procurement is a Small Business Set-Aside and a firm fixed price contract per the requirment in the attachements. Email quotes (on your companies letterhead) with full specifications to jamell.l.kilgore.civ@us.navy.mil on or before the closing date and time of Wednesday 15 July 2026 11am Central Time. The Government will not accept late quotes. Provide cage code and Lead time on your quote. Be able to invoice through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). Terms are NET 30 Days. Your quote will be evaluated against the attached Statement of Work. Please break out your pricing for the six events per event on your quote for the base year and the four option years. 

NOTE: To be eligible for contract award, the offeror shall provide quantifiable proof that their destruction methods meet the requirements of CUI Notice 2019-03, such as the NAID AAA Certification, with the offeror’s quote.

Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) has a requirement to acquire command-wide shredding services.  The service shall meet the guidelines for Multi-Step Paper Destruction for Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), per CUI Notice 2019-03: Destroying Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) In Paper Form.
