Description

The NYS Office of Mental Health and Mohawk Valley Psychiatric Center are seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a Contractor to provide Preventive Maintenance of HVAC Systems at Mohawk Valley Psychiatric Center located at 1400 Noyes St., Utica, NY 13502. The contract term is from December 1, 2026 to November 30, 2031. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for July 28, 2026, and bids are due by August 18, 2026. Minority and Women Business Enterprises (MWBE) and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses (SVDOB) participation goals are set for this contract.
