Description

The owner of the historic Lehman Block Building is soliciting proposals from New York State Certified Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (MWBEs) and/or Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOBs) to complete the restoration of the building's historic storefront. This restoration is part of a larger rehabilitation project funded through the NY Forward Program, Empire State Development grant. The project includes restoration of the storefront with new energy-efficient windows and doors that follow the historical facade, removal of siding to replicate the existing historical storefront wall, replacement of existing light, and exterior painting. The contract term is six months, to be completed in 2026, located in Mohawk Valley, Schoharie County, Village of Sharon Springs, NY.
