SUNY Stony Brook University Hospital intends to make an award under discretionary authority pursuant to NYS Education Law §355 (5) (a), up to $125,000, for preventative maintenance of blood gas analyzers. A sealed bid will not be held. Vendors must provide proof of certification/licensure/authorization from Radiometer America for parts and/or software service prior to requesting scope. Interested parties must contact the designated campus contact within 15 business days of the notice. This procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law §139 j&k (Lobbying Law), restricting contact to the listed individual only.
