Description

The Town of Willsboro is seeking professional engineering services to advance the expansion of its existing membrane bioreactor (MBR) wastewater treatment system. The project includes schematic design, final design, regulatory approvals, bidding, construction, and project closeout. The selected consultant will use the Engineering Report from May 2025 as the basis for design and ensure compliance with funding requirements.
