Description

Stony Brook University Hospital intends to purchase Med Cabinets from a contract awarded by a consortium (GPO) pursuant to its authority under section 163(3)(vi), which authorizes the purchase of commodities from a consortium or comparable entity without a formal competitive process when justified by price. Vendors selling equivalent Med cabinets to BD Carefusion may contact the purchasing officer to demonstrate equivalency by meeting clinical performance and KPIs.
