NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center is seeking a one-year extended warranty service for its AON M3+ Additive machine. - Government Buyer: - NASA Shared Services Center (NSSC), supporting Marshall Space Flight Center - OEM and Vendor: - Made in 3D Canada (manufacturer of the AON M3+ machine) - Product/Service Requested: - One-year extended warranty for the AON M3+ Additive machine - Service includes: - Repairs and upgrades - Preventive maintenance - On-site technician support - Provision of a replacement machine if needed - Access to technical documentation and training - Spare parts and hardware updates - Freight charges - User interface updates - Replacement parts for manufacturing defects - Notable Requirements: - Warranty must be provided by the OEM (Made in 3D Canada) - Comprehensive coverage including both hardware and support services - Service to be performed at NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center

NASA/NSSC has a requirement for Two year extended warranty for AON M3+ machine.

NASA/NSSC intends to issue a sole source contract to Made in 3D Canada 600 -9494 Blvd SAINT – Laurent Montreal, Qc H2N 1P4 Canada under the authority of FAR 12.102(a). It has been determined that Made in 3D Canada is the sole provider of Two year extended warranty for AON M3+ machine

NASA/NSSC will be the procuring center for this effort. Performance will be located at NASA/ Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC). The Government intends to acquire Commercial items or services using the provisions, clauses and procedures prescribed in FAR Part 12 for Commercial

The NAICS Code for this procurement is 524128.

Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the identified point of contact not later than 3:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on 7/15/2026. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government.
