Description

The Texas Education Agency (TEA) is seeking qualified respondents to design, develop, configure, test, implement, pilot, and stabilize OneSystem, a centralized digital platform intended to replace TEA's current fragmented systems for grant management and grant performance management. The platform will unify grant setup, application management, planning, and monitoring into a centralized experience, supporting real-time data exchange with existing TEA systems. The project scope includes all application development, testing, user experience design, data standardization, system integration, implementation activities, and a post-go-live stabilization and warranty period. The estimated contract value is $15,000,000.00, and responses are due by August 21, 2026, at 2:00 PM Central Time.
