This notice is in accordance with (IAW) Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul subpart 5.1, Presolicitation.
GENERAL INTENT: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Robley Rex VA Medical Center (RRVAMC) is seeking responses from capable and interested contractors to determine whether to conduct competitive procurement and the type of small business set-aside, if supported.
The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code: 493110, General Warehousing and Storage. NAICS 493110 has a small business size standard of $39 million. Product Service Code (PSC) R706, support- management: logistics support.
BACKGROUND: Government must move out all its equipment, materials, supplies, and personnel from its current leased location, 1700 Mellwood Ave., Louisville, KY 40206, by no later than (NLT) September 30, 2026. Government seeks to award contract at least 60 days before but no less than 30 days before said NLT date to allow sufficient time to organize, pack, and move from its current location to deliver, organize, and set up at its new unknown location.

POTENTIAL SITES: The Government has not identified potential climate-controlled space within the Louisville, Kentucky area. Interested vendors should seek those resources to potentially support this requirement.
RESPONSE REQUESTED: Only written responses from responsible sources will be considered. Any prospective contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for solicitation consideration. The capability documentation should include information describing in detail the prospective contractor's capabilities to meet this requirement. Government wants to know the following: Do you have the proper resources (i.e. warehouse space, labor, supplies and equipment) to start performance on the expected period of performance start date of August 1, 2026? If you cannot immediately start performing on the expected period of performance start date, when would you likely be able to start?
