GENERAL INFORMATION

Title: Immunophenotyping and Flow Cytometric Analysis of Cellular Populations in Translational Research Studies Background Information: The National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases conducts intramural research that requires immunophenotyping and analysis of cellular populations using flow cytometry. These activities are performed across multiple projects within the laboratory and require reliable access to instrumentation capable of supporting routine and time-sensitive experimental workflows.  Current laboratory operations utilize shared flow cytometry resources for sample acquisition and analysis. These systems support a broad user base and are scheduled across multiple research groups. To support ongoing laboratory activities, access to a flow cytometry system within the laboratory is required to perform sample acquisition and analysis in alignment with experimental workflows..
