This opportunity seeks vendors for the lease and supply of Karl Storz endoscopic imaging systems and accessories at the Overton Brooks VA Medical Center in Shreveport, LA. - Government Buyer: - Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, Overton Brooks VA Medical Center - OEM Highlight: - Karl Storz is the specified Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for all endoscopic equipment and accessories - Products Requested: - Comprehensive suite of Karl Storz endoscopic imaging systems, including: - 4K/3D video imaging systems with fluorescence (ICG) and 3D capability - Camera heads, light cables, monitors, insufflators, surgical carts, and a wide range of rigid and flexible scopes - Accessories such as suction tubes, forceps, sterilization trays, adapters, and light carriers - Detailed part numbers and quantities are specified for each item (see line items below) - Services Requested: - Service agreement for repair and replacement of both new and existing Karl Storz scopes - Delivery, installation, and in-service training for clinical staff - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All equipment must be compatible with existing Karl Storz systems at the facility - Modular design and support for advanced imaging (4K, ICG fluorescence, 3D) - Service coverage extends to both newly procured and existing equipment - Period of Performance: - Initial 12-month lease with three additional option years (total potential duration: 4 years) - Purpose: - To support multiple surgical specialties including general surgery, urology, gynecology, cardio-thoracic, ENT, and neurosurgery
