Description

The City of McNeil, Arkansas, has been awarded an Arkansas Community and Economic Development Program (ACEDP) grant to make improvements to the water and/or wastewater system. This solicitation is a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for engineering professional services to support the project. Interested parties must submit their responses by July 27, 2026, and selection will be based on specialized experience, technical competence, performance, capacity, capability, and familiarity with the project area. The City reserves the right to reject any statements and waive formalities as deemed necessary.
