The City of Ward, Arkansas is soliciting Request for Qualifications (RFQs) from licensed, experienced, and reputable general contractors to provide on-call services for repair, replacement, and installation of water and wastewater infrastructure projects throughout the City of Ward Water and Wastewater System. The selected contractor(s) will provide routine, urgent, and emergency plumbing repair and installation services on an as-needed basis. Interested parties can secure an RFQ package via email, phone, or mail and must submit their RFQs by 2:00 p.m. on Monday, July 20, 2026.
