Description

This solicitation is to select a qualified contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for asphalt manufacturing, milling, and resurfacing of county-maintained roadways and properties on an as-needed basis. The contractor must manufacture and furnish FDOT-approved asphalt mixes, provide certified personnel for installation, perform on-site and laboratory testing, and maintain a testing facility for required FDOT tests. The work locations will be designated by the Osceola County Project Manager. The contractor must have a minimum of three years of experience in placing FDOT-approved bituminous asphaltic materials and the ability to manufacture asphalt as needed.
