Description

The BC Energy Regulator (BCER) is seeking a qualified proponent to continue and expand its Accelerated Artificial Intelligence (AI) engagement to deliver production-ready, business-driven AI solutions that enhance regulatory processes. The project builds upon an existing AI implementation and aims to advance AI-enabled permit automation, specifically enhancing the Permit Application Regulatory Compliance Assistant (PARCA). The successful proponent will deliver enhancements to an existing AI solution, develop additional AI capabilities, follow an Agile development approach, ensure compliance with privacy, security, and regulatory standards, and provide knowledge transfer and a future AI roadmap. This engagement aims to generate measurable business value and strengthen BCER’s internal AI capabilities.
