The City of Green Bay, Wisconsin is seeking bids for the reconstruction of N. Maple Avenue. - Scope of work includes: - Installation of approximately 3,660 linear feet of water mains (sizes 6”, 8”, 10”, 12”) - Water service relays and staking - Installation of 530 linear feet of sanitary sewer mains (8”, 36”) - 2,400 linear feet of sanitary sewer cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining - Sanitary sewer lateral reconnections and 800 linear feet of pipe bursting for laterals - Construction of storm sewer mains (sizes 12” to 60”), storm sewer laterals, inlet leads, and inlets - 5,300 cubic yards of excavation - 6,500 linear feet of curb and gutter - 2,000 cubic yards of crushed aggregate base course and 2,100 cubic yards of breaker run - 2,150 tons of hot mix asphalt (HMA) pavement - 860 square yards of concrete pavement - 16,900 square feet of concrete sidewalk and driveway reconstruction - 170 linear feet of PVC conduit for future beacons - Construction staking and restoration services - Bidders must provide proof of responsibility and comply with bid and performance bonding requirements - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - All bids must be submitted electronically via QuestCDN
