Description

SUNY Upstate Medical University intends to purchase Boston Scientific ELUPRO Bioenvelopes Products from a contract awarded by Premier pursuant to its authority under section 163 (3) (vi), which authorizes the purchases of commodities from a consortium or comparable entity in lieu of using a centralized contract and without a formal competitive process when justified by price. Vendors who sell equivalent Boston Scientific ELUPRO Bioenvelopes Products may contact Honey-Beth Nelson to discuss the procurement. Equivalency must be demonstrated by meeting the clinical performance of the Boston Scientific ELUPRO Bioenvelopes Products, including providing free supporting clinical documentation and equipment for examination, demonstration, and trial. The vendor must be authorized to sell Boston Scientific ELUPRO Bioenvelopes Products as listed on the Premier contract or approved equivalent.
