SUNY Upstate Medical University is seeking vendors to supply specialized neuromodulation pain management products and related disposables. - Government Buyer: - State University of New York (SUNY) Upstate Medical University - Primary OEM: - Nevro LLC (all products specified are from Nevro) - Products/Services Requested: - Comprehensive list of Nevro neurostimulator kits, implantable pulse generators, surgical tunnelers, anchors, leads (various lengths and configurations), adapters, remote controls, chargers, needles, stylets, and trial kits - Each item is typically requested in a quantity of one - All products are intended for spinal cord and implantable pulse generator applications - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Vendors must be authorized to sell Nevro products under the Premier contract or provide clinically equivalent alternatives - Equivalent products must be supported by clinical documentation and be available for demonstration and trial - Procurement leverages SUNY's authority to purchase from a consortium contract when justified by price - Compliance with New York State Finance Law §139 j&k (Lobbying Law) is required - Vendors must provide valid NYS Workman’s Compensation and Disability Forms - Opportunity is open to any vendor able to provide the specified or equivalent neuromodulation products

SUNY Upstate Medical University intends to purchase Neuromodulation - Pain Management and related disposable products from a contract awarded by Premier. This procurement is authorized under section 163 (3) (vi) allowing purchases from a consortium without a formal competitive process when justified by price.
