This Request for Standing Offers is issued by The Corporation of the Town of Newmarket to establish standing offers for the multi-year supply and delivery of ice resurfacing equipment, related attachments, EV charging systems, and support services on a when and as needed basis. The Town intends to award one vendor and the standing offer is available to all Town of Newmarket Departments, Newmarket Library, and Central York Fire Services. Proponents should provide a catalogue of prices and options with detailed product line information. The RFP is non-binding and the Town has adopted a prefer Canadian Supplier policy as of March 24, 2025.
