The City of Lake Worth Beach is seeking qualifications from interested firms to provide professional architectural and engineering services for a new Electric Utilities Administration Building. The project includes all design, permitting, bid and construction documents, contract administration support, and engineering inspections. The facility will be located on an undeveloped City property north of the City’s Building Department/Warehouse and Utilities Field Complex. Selection will be based on relevant expertise and knowledge to deliver complete construction documents and construction phase services.
