The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division intends to procure Blow in Door Control Panel on a sole source to Peerless MFG Co. 

The proposed contract action is for a part-numbered item for which the Government intends to solicit and award to only one source under the authority of Far 6.302
