The Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) requires a Strangulation Investigations course to be taught at the Carolinas Field Office August 26-27, 2026.  The training will help agents identify the signs and symptoms of non-fatal strangulation cases, understand and recognize medical aspects of victims, and investigate cases for prosecution.
