Description

The City of Vancouver is seeking proposals from qualified firms or individuals for consulting services to conduct comprehensive utility rate studies for the City’s Water, Sewer, and Stormwater Enterprise Funds. The selected firm will also review and update the City’s Water and Sewer System Development Charges and analyze the potential for creating a new Stormwater System Development Charge.
