Description

The Housing Authority of the City of Hartford is seeking to contract with one or more vendors to provide Financial and Housing Development Advisory services on an as needed basis. The services will support converting the Authority's Low Income Public Housing portfolio to other platforms and ownership structures, as well as financing, acquisition, construction, or rehabilitation of additional housing. The contractor may also assist the Authority as a bond issuer and with related housing development and financial issues.
