Description
The City of Grand Prairie is seeking a qualified professional consultant to provide strategic marketing services to promote the EpicCentral entertainment district and the surrounding Highway 161 corridor between Pioneer Parkway and Interstate 20. The scope includes creative support, brand management, and promotional services to maintain, strengthen, and evolve the EpicCentral brand as a premier regional entertainment district. The contract may be awarded to a single firm or split between two firms. Bidders must submit responses electronically and on paper, and a pre-bid meeting is scheduled.
