SaskEnergy is seeking a Prime Contractor to complete partial renovations to the main and second floors of SaskEnergy Place located at 1777 Victoria Ave, Regina, SK. The project includes installation of a new generator on the main floor, renovation of approximately 176m2 on the second floor including demolition and reconstruction of interior walls, new paint, ceiling, flooring, mechanical and electrical work, and replacement of a small flat roof area. The work also involves installing a new fire panel and fire alarm system throughout the building. The building will remain occupied during renovations, requiring evening and weekend work, with the project scheduled from October 2026 to spring 2027.
