Description

This is a Request for Information (RFI) to determine if the fire alarm monitoring, maintenance, and repair services currently provided by WSA Systems-Boca, LLC are available from multiple providers or if an alternate service can meet the County's needs. The services include labor, equipment, materials, transportation, licensed personnel, certifications, tools, supervision, testing, and inspections necessary for annual maintenance inspections, monthly monitoring, fire watch services, and repairs on fire alarm systems at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport. The system includes NOTIFIER Fire Alarm Control Panels and related network components that must operate seamlessly as a campus-wide integrated system. Vendors are requested to provide information on their ability to provide these services or contest the proposed single source designation.
