Toronto Community Housing Corporation (TCHC) is seeking a Prime Contractor and Prime Consultant (Architect) to deliver the Deep Retrofit of the Toronto Community Housing Complex at 90 Mornelle Court, Toronto. The project involves major upgrades to a 13-story residential tower with 198 occupied suites, aiming for at least 60% energy savings and 80% GHG reduction through building envelope modernization, mechanical electrification, and integration of advanced systems. The project will be managed under a CCDC-30–2025 Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) Contract using IPD and Lean principles.
