The Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) will conduct Lease Sale BBG3 on August 12, 2026, offering all available unleased acreage in the Gulf of America Outer Continental Shelf (OCS) for oil and gas leasing. The sale is held pursuant to the One Big Beautiful Bill Act and the Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act.
