Escambia County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC), through its Parks Department, is seeking bids for the supply and installation of a new outdoor hockey dasher board system at Cowley Park in Pensacola, Florida. - Government Buyer: - Escambia County BOCC, Parks Department, Office of Purchasing - OEM Requirement: - Athletica is specified as the required manufacturer for the dasher board system - Products and Services Requested: - Custom-built Athletica 3 Pro-Series Aluminum outdoor hockey dasher board system - Main rink size: 154x84 feet with 18-foot radius corners - 42-inch high, 3-inch wide aluminum frame dasher boards - UV-stabilized polyethylene facing and kick plate - Polyethylene cap rail, pre-assembled panels, vertical supports anchored into concrete - Two straight access gates, one equipment gate - New chain link fencing (various heights), galvanized posts, and all required hardware - Professional installation by an experienced crew, including delivery, unloading, and all necessary equipment - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Only Athletica 3 Pro-Series Aluminum system is acceptable (no substitutes) - Vendor responsible for all installation labor and mobilization - Escambia County will remove existing dasher boards prior to installation - Lump sum pricing required for materials and installation - Delivery and installation must be completed by the end of November - All questions and bids must be submitted electronically via the OpenGov portal

The Parks department of Escambia County is soliciting bids for a new outdoor hockey dasher board system to be installed around the rink at Cowley Park in Pensacola, FL.
