Description

The City of Bismarck is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to modernize the mechanical equipment throughout the arena, meeting rooms, office areas, and back-of-house areas. The project includes all electrical work required to support the mechanical upgrades and the construction of a concrete mezzanine in the loading dock area to house the new mechanical equipment. Plans and specifications are available at the office of the Architect in Bismarck, North Dakota. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond equal to 5% of the maximum bid and include a copy of the North Dakota Contractor's License or renewal certificate. Bids are due by 3:00 PM CT on July 27, 2026, and will be publicly opened at 4:00 PM CT the same day.
