Description

Miami-Dade County Public Schools seeks to establish a Districtwide customized operating system for fundraising, school-based sales, apparel transactions, and related revenue-generating activities across schools, student organizations, athletics, activities, and Fine Arts programs. The purpose of this ITN is to identify and secure a qualified provider capable of delivering a comprehensive, secure, and scalable Districtwide platform that supports school fundraising operations while ensuring transparency, compliance, auditability, and long-term financial growth. The selected solution must preserve school-level flexibility, local decision-making, and existing vendor relationships, while providing the District with centralized oversight and reporting capabilities. The agreement between the successful proposer(s) and the Board will be non-exclusive.
