Description

The Town of Rocky Mount, Virginia is soliciting electronic proposals from qualified Architectural/Engineering firms to provide professional design, engineering, bidding, and construction administration services for the North Main Corridor Business District Revitalization Project. This project is funded in part through a 2025 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) from the Virginia Department of Housing and Community Development. The selected firm will assist with façade improvements, streetscape and pedestrian safety improvements, wayfinding enhancements, mural coordination, and related corridor infrastructure coordination. The firm will collaborate with the Town, West Piedmont Planning District Commission, DHCD, VDOT, property owners, and other stakeholders throughout implementation.
