The Department, through the Rural Health Transformation Plan and Program (RHTP) grant funded under CMS cooperative agreement CMS-RHT-26-001, seeks a qualified contractor to conduct comprehensive healthcare facility technology assessments for healthcare organizations statewide, including rural and underserved communities. The assessment will evaluate current technology infrastructure, operational capabilities, technology maturity, interoperability readiness, workforce readiness, and future technology needs with a focus on long-term sustainability.
