Description

The Agency is seeking a qualified vendor to provide all labour, material, products, equipment, accessories and services to replace exterior glazing systems and doors and perform other exterior improvements to address deterioration and improve thermal performance. The work includes exterior window and door replacement with double glazed aluminum systems and associated interior finish repairs, exterior solarium removal and disposal, localized brick masonry replacement, sealant replacement at masonry movement joints and other wall penetrations, metal cladding coating, balcony slab localized concrete and waterproofing repairs, and balcony guardrail and divider panel replacement. The procurement is issued in accordance with the terms of CETA, CFTA, and other applicable trade agreements.
