Description

This project involves the addition of crossing gates and upgrades to BNSF equipment by BNSF, requiring the extension of the center concrete median and realignment of the sidewalk on the west side of Hemlock Lane (CSAH 61) just south of County Road 81 (CSAH 81) in the City of Maple Grove. The work includes bituminous surfacing, bituminous walk, curb and gutter, ADA improvements, striping, and signing. Proposals will be received until 2:00 p.m. on August 4, 2026, and must be submitted electronically via Hennepin County's ProcureWare website. The project is managed by Hennepin County.
