Description

The San Antonio Water System is seeking proposals from qualified service providers to supply cardholder present and not-present credit and debit card processing services, and possibly ACH processing through certain payment channels. The service provider will integrate payment options for SAWS customers via portal, IVR, call center, and in-person at payment centers, processing transactions via POS devices and possibly ACH through IVR and call center. Funding for card fees will be collected through convenience fees by the service provider, with SAWS not responsible for these fees.
