ICBC is seeking one qualified and experienced proponent to provide Employee Engagement consulting services. The scope includes conducting surveys to measure employee engagement and assess Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility (DEIA). The survey platform itself is not included in this solicitation; the successful proponent will work with the selected survey platform and its provider from a separate solicitation (NRFP 8739A).
