Denton Independent School District (Denton ISD) is seeking to establish agreements with multiple vendors for a broad range of miscellaneous services and supplies, to be provided on an as-needed, district-wide basis. - Government Buyer: - Denton Independent School District (Denton ISD), Texas - Products/Services Requested: - Wide variety of miscellaneous services and supplies - Indefinite quantities; specific items not listed in the solicitation - Vendors may offer pricing based on discounts from manufacturer's price lists, their own fixed price lists, or a combination - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; solicitation is open to all qualified providers, including sole source providers - Notable Requirements: - Vendors must submit W-9, Conflict of Interest form, Certificate of Interested Parties, insurance certificates, and, if applicable, HUB certification - Awards will be made incrementally throughout the solicitation period - Contract may be used for purchases funded by local, state, federal, or grant programs - Contract term runs through July 31, 2027, with an option for a one-year auto-renewal based on district needs and mutual consent

Description

Denton ISD is seeking vendors to provide miscellaneous services and supplies on an as-needed basis district-wide. Proposers must provide pricing based on a discount from the most current manufacturer's price list or catalog, proposer's fixed price list, or a combination of both, with indefinite quantities. The proposal will be awarded to multiple vendors. Awards will be made incrementally throughout the solicitation period, and the contract term is from the date of award to July 31, 2027, with one auto-renewal for a one-year term based on district needs and mutual consent.
