Description

The City of Kingsland is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to rehabilitate four sanitary sewer manholes using the SpectraShield® system, OBIC lining system, or another City-approved manhole rehabilitation system. Contractors proposing an alternate rehabilitation system must submit product information to the Public Works Department for review and approval at least fourteen calendar days prior to the proposal opening. The scope includes materials, labor, equipment, traffic control, confined space entry, by-pass pumping, water intrusion, bench/invert repair, and cleaning prior to coating application. The project is open for proposals with a submission deadline of August 20, 2026, at 2:00 PM.
