Description

The City of Greenville is re-advertising an Invitation to Bid for the Kiln Room Enclosure at the Jaycee Park Administration Building. The project involves providing material, equipment, and labor to convert an existing covered patio into a fully enclosed, conditioned workspace with plumbing fixtures, insulation, and a new roof structure. Work must comply with OSHA safety guidelines, and the contractor is responsible for obtaining and posting all required permits prior to commencement.
