Description

The California Interagency Council on Homelessness (Cal ICH) is seeking maintenance and operations services for the Homeless Data Integration System (HDIS). HDIS aggregates Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) data from programs statewide into a comprehensive reporting platform to provide unduplicated counts and analyze service utilization patterns for individuals experiencing homelessness. The system currently integrates data from 44 Continuums of Care (CoCs) across California, each managing their own HMIS systems according to HUD standards. The contract includes support for data collection, aggregation, and reporting to assist Cal ICH's mission to prevent and end homelessness.
