Chatham County is soliciting Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified engineering firms to provide Engineering Design Consultant Services for the State Route 204 Safety & Operational Improvements project, covering the area from SR 25/US 17 to King George Blvd. The project includes removal of an existing traffic signal, closure of median openings, enhancement of an off-ramp, construction of a U-turn beneath a bridge, and addition of acceleration and deceleration lanes.
