Description
The Department of National Defence (DND), specifically Defence Research and Development Canada (DRDC), is seeking to procure Electrical Load Banks as part of the Over The Horizon Radar (OTHR) Initiative. The equipment is intended for field trials at an Arctic site and for the OTHR test bed at the DRDC Ottawa Shirley’s Bay test site.
