The Department of State Health Services (DSHS) is soliciting bid responses for LabWare Maintenance and Operations (M&O) and Texas Laboratory Online (TLO) Integration Services. The contract includes maintenance and operations support for LabWare LIMS v.8 and Clinical Health Template v.5.1, licensing, supplemental administrative support services, integration services to connect LabWare LIMS to the TLO application, configuration for electronic order data entry templates, and development services. The integration aims to modernize laboratory ordering, reporting, and supply management, ensuring secure and HIPAA-compliant data exchange. The contract term includes two phases: Operations starting February 28, 2027, and Turnover activities beginning 12 months prior to contract end.
