The Ministry of Forests is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced Heavy Equipment operators for Wildfire Suppression Rehabilitation Services within the Stuart Nechako Natural Resource District for the 2023 Finger/Tatuk Lake wildfire G41307. The work includes road deactivation and land rehabilitation resulting from fire suppression activities such as restoring natural drainage, minimizing surface erosion and fuel hazards, stabilizing soils, stream restoration, grass seeding, deactivating modified roads, and installing culverts.
